The P365 is a small, tight tolerance 9mm. It does need to mate the parts together for smooth and reliable operation. I would use good quality 124gr or 147gr ammo for the break-in.The +P runs about 50-70 fps faster than the standard pressure round in those guns, and I would expect about the same increase over the standard pressure round in the P365. Did not realize there was a difference until I read that. Checked my slides and I have 2 of each, my NRA 365 dated April 30, 2019 and my SAS slide purchased in January 2020 are the new type.My P365 carry load is Underwood's Xtreme Defender +P traveling 1,475fsp that wouldn't suppress particularly well anyway. Bedside is FNX-45T with 15+1 capacity of Underwood's 45acp +P 120 Grain Xtreme Defender traveling at 1,420fps. ... There is evidence that Sig has made "rolling" changes to improve the P365. Most "return to battery", "dead trigger", and barrel peening issues seem to have been minimized greatly.. Except for one person with a Born On Date of March 28th. the final 7 their P365's have a Born on Date from April 20th to April 30th (10 day manufacture period) we have not found any other owners.For sure --- for looks -- the Sig P365 beats the hell out of the Hellcat.
